How much do your services cost?

As we offer a diverse range of services and options, pricing is customized based on various factors. Key considerations include the date, time, venue location, and duration of your event. Additionally, factors such as the nature of the event – whether it’s a weekday barbecue or a New Year’s Eve wedding reception – and any additional requirements like a separate cocktail room or ceremony equipment setups, contribute to the unique cost structure. Once we have all the necessary information about your event, we can provide you with a tailored and comprehensive price quote.

Do you provide a Written Contract for services?

At All Star Entertainment, we uphold professionalism by providing a comprehensive service contract. Once event details are finalized, we prepare a contract detailing specific information such as event times, dates, location, pricing, services offered, optional add-ons, contact information, and Terms of Agreement. Our contracts are written in clear and straightforward language to prevent misunderstandings. You may choose to receive the contract via email with an e-document online auto-signature feature or opt for traditional mail delivery. Upon receiving the signed contract and retainer, your event date is officially confirmed with us

Do you require a Retainer for services?

To confirm the booking for all events, a 50% retainer is required. This specified amount will be clearly indicated and subsequently deducted from the total contract balance. Upon receiving the retainer payment, you will receive a receipt for the retainer. Depending on your preference, the receipt will be texted to your mobile phone or promptly sent via email for your records.

When is the Balance Due for our event?

The deadline for the remaining balance is the day of the event. Alternatively, you have the option to prepay the balance in advance, eliminating the need for on-the-day business transactions.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

All Star Entertainment accepts various payment methods, ensuring convenience for our clients. We accept cash (with provided receipts), NJ bank-issued checks, money orders, and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we offer online payment options through Paypal and Square.

How do you staff your DJ’s?

The success of any celebration hinges on choosing the most suitable DJ for your event. At All Star Entertainment, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier DJ services and entertainers to our clients. We exclusively enlist experienced DJs with exceptional talents, skills, and a proven track record of successful performances. Some members of our DJ team boast 15 years or more of dedicated service with our company, ensuring a wealth of expertise and reliability.

Do you take Breaks? If so, how long are they?

Unlike bands, our DJs typically do not take breaks during performances. In the rare instance that a DJ needs to temporarily step away from the console, it is usually for a brief duration. During such instances, pre-programmed selections are seamlessly integrated to ensure a continuous and uninterrupted flow of music.

Is your company licensed and insured?

Yes, All Star Entertainment is properly licensed and insured. We can provide a certificate of insurance to the venue if required. Additionally, we are proud members in good standing of the New Jersey Disc Jockey Network and the National Association of Mobile Entertainers.”
